Z365" or "Festival all year round" is the new strategic point of the Festival in which converge investigation, accompaniment and development of new talents (Ikusmira Berriak, Nest); training and cinematic knowledge transfer (Elías Querejeta Zine Eskola, Zinemaldia + Plus, Filmmakers' dialogue); and investigation, disclosure and cinematic thought (Z70 project, Thought and Discussion and Research and publications).

Nest The Mediapro Studio Award
Nest The Mediapro Studio Award targets the fostering and backing of future projects produced by young students interested in learning cinematographic language and technique. It also targets the supporting of the distribution and the internationalization of the selected short films.
From among the selected works, a purpose-created jury of students from the selected schools, with a professional from the film world as its president, will give the "Nest The Mediapro Studio Award", including 10,000 euros gross for the director of the chosen project.

Movistar Plus+ Award for Best Short Film
Movistar Plus+ will give an award to the best short film, entailing purchase of the rights for its broadcast in Spain via the platform.
Tabakalera Award
The Tabakalera Film and Audiovisual Laboratory will give an award consisting of a 3-week residency to run in 2026 for the director of the chosen project.
